REFUND

The refund will be issued according to the original payment method (for example, a refund for a purchase made by credit card will be credited to your credit card account).

REMOTE PRODUCT RETURN

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of delivery date to arrange for an exchange or refund for unused items. The receipt of the item and its original packaging are required for any exchange or refund. Please retain this receipt as proof of purchase to enforce product warranties.

Any exchange or return can be made in person, within 30 days of the date of purchase, at the bubble shop of hair olivet 45160 yes by colissimo return.

bubblehair.fr will not pay the transport costs of any returned item, unless there is a prior agreement with respect to items purchased through Distance Shopping. 

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, please note that shipping costs remain applicable.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

If a product purchased turns out to be defective within 10 days of receiving your order, please contact us to confirm the procedure. While most products are guaranteed for 90 days after purchase, some are guaranteed for a longer period.

If you notice that a product is damaged at the time of delivery, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Any returned defective or damaged product must be accompanied by a printed example of the problem as well as the original box in good condition.

The return costs incurred by the customer are the responsibility of bubblehair.fr. 

The customer is responsible for the package until receipt by bainhair.fr. 

No merchandise will be accepted without authorization from bainhair.fr. 

7 - UNAVAILABILITY - NON-CONFORMITY OF THE PRODUCT OR THE ORDER AND GUARANTEE

7.1 In the event of unavailability of the ordered product, the customer may either obtain a refund at the latest within thirty (30) days of payment of the sums paid, or obtain its replacement by a product of high quality and of an equivalent price.

7.2 The Products sold on the website https://www.bullehair.fr/ comply with the regulations in force in France and have performance compatible with non-professional uses.

The Seller is subject to the legal warranty conditions provided for in Articles L. 211-4, L. 211-5 and L. 211-12 of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and 1648 of the Civil Code: The Products supplied by the Seller benefit as of right and without additional payment, regardless of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions,

- the legal guarantee of conformity, for Products apparently defective, damaged or damaged or not corresponding to the order,

- the legal guarantee against hidden defects resulting from a material, design or manufacturing defect affecting the delivered products and rendering them unfit for use,

under the conditions and according to the modalities referred to in the box below and defined in the appendix to these General Conditions of Sale (Guarantee of Conformity / Guarantee of Hidden Defects).

It is recalled that within the framework of the legal guarantee of conformity, the Customer has a period of two years from the delivery of the good to act against the Seller; - can choose between the repair or the replacement of the Product ordered, subject to the cost conditions provided for in article L 217-9 of the Consumer Code; is exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the Product during the six months following delivery of the Product. This period is extended to 24 months, except for second-hand goods. The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of the commercial guarantee that may possibly cover the Product. The Customer may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden “Product” defects in accordance with article 1641 of the Civil Code;in this case, he can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with 1644 of the Civil Code.

The Customer or any person authorized by him must check the conformity of the product upon delivery and sign the delivery note. Any anomaly, missing product or degradation in the delivery must imperatively be entered on the delivery note and then confirmed within 48 working hours of receipt and in the form of a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to the carrier and a copy to the Seller. The Product must be returned in its original condition to the Seller within the same timeframe, failing which, the complaint cannot be accepted.

The Seller undertakes to reimburse the Customer or to exchange the Products apparently damaged or damaged or not corresponding to the Customer's order. The Seller will, at the Customer's choice, exchange or refund the Product (s). The shipping costs will be reimbursed to the Customer on the basis of the invoiced price and the return costs will be reimbursed on presentation of supporting documents. Product refunds will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the date on which the right was exercised. The reimbursement will be made on the Seller's proposal by crediting the Customer's bank account.

The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in the following cases:

- non-compliance with the legislation of the country in which the products are delivered, which it is the Customer's responsibility to verify,

- in the event of misuse, use for professional purposes, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Customer, such as in the event of normal wear and tear of the Product, accident or force majeure.

The Seller's guarantee is, in any event, limited to the replacement or reimbursement of non-conforming Products or those affected by a defect.

Where applicable, the purchased Product also benefits from a manufacturer's commercial warranty (refer to the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty that may be provided in the packaging of the said Product).
